What are the payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to www.annaoszvald,com. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Anna Oszvald, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure, Anna Oszvald uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

Do your sell your artworks with frames?

All artworks are sold unframed. It is not possible to buy ready-made frames or to order custom made frames in this online store. 

Can I purchase at a wholesale cost?

Yes, if you are an authorized reseller it is possible to purchase at wholesale cost. Anna Oszvald collaborates with a carefully curated selection of design and interior stores around the world. To discuss wholesale arrangements, please contact us at






Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. We will be happy to ship to your home address, but for the fastest delivery, we advice you to use your business address as there is always someone present to receive your package. Anna Oszvald is not accountable and/or liable for artworks that are lost or damaged during international shipping. 

Can I track my delivery?

In order to keep the shipping cost as low as possible items which are flat and fit in an LC/6 or LC/5 envelope (and are not original artworks) are delivered by local postal services - where the tracking of the package is not possible. All other goods are delivered via FedEx or DPD as parcel post, which makes it possible to trace the parcel. In such case after shipment you will receive a track & trace code which you can use for tracking your order. You will receive the tracking information as soon as information has been sent to the courier. It may take the courier up to 24h from receiving the parcel to make the link & tracking information able to trace. If for some reason you are not able to trace your package 24h after receiving the tracking, or if your parcel does not arrive on time, please contact us with your order number at: for personal assistance.

When will my order be delivered?

We will do our best to ship all orders in 2-3 working days. In case of any custom request, it may take up to 5 working days to ship your order.

Delivery normally takes

  • 2 - 6 working days after shipping for your order to arrive within Europe

  • 8 - 12 working days after shipping for your order to arrive outside of Europe

What if I am not at home upon delivery?

If you are not home upon delivery, your package will most likely be delivered to a parcel shop or a post office near you, so that you can collect it at a later time. Your local courier service will advise you about this. You will receive an e-mail or a note in your inbox/mailbox with information on where to pick up your package. If not, please try reaching them via email and/or telephone. Please remember to pick up your package on time, because if your package is not picked up on time, it will be returned to Anna Oszvald, and the new delivery attempt must be paid by you.

What are the shipping costs?

The prices shown the product pages are not containing the shipping costs. The shipping costs are added to your cart at checkout based on your shipping address. 



Can I return my order?

We accept returns made within 7 days after delivery. Please note that the cost of returning the item is to be paid by you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please remember that you are held accountable for any damages that may occur during the return shipment, so please pack it well!

If you wish to return your product, please send an email to first with your order number and request, and we will provide you with directions for return. After confirmation from us, you can send your product to the address provided. If a returned item is shipped from a country outside the EU, please state clearly on the parcel that the shipment is a ‘RETURN ORDER’. If you fail to do so there will be import duty or taxes that we will balance with your order. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. 
When you send a package back to us, please make sure to use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for any lost packages. We reserve the right to deny credit if the package returned to us is damaged or incomplete or does not meet our return policy requirements in any other way. A copy of the invoice must be enclosed together with the parcel. The items must be send as a parcel with a Track & Trace number as this guarantees that the items will arrive at their destination. It is not an option to return your order as a parcel without a tracking number.
Please remember to keep your tracking number as a documentation that the items have been sent. We may retain the refund until we have received the returned items or until we have received documentation that the items have been returned, whatever comes first.
When we have received the items and approved the return we will transfer the purchase amount to your account within 10 business days. Please be aware that custom made items can not be returned.

By purchasing an artprint of Anna Oszvald you are committing to a conscious decision to purchase an artwork that will be individually printed on demand, personally hand signed, and quality checked by the artist. There is no stock kept or stored by the artist. For these reasons we ask that you take the time to carefully make your decision because the printing costs of the selected art prints cannot be returned.

Can I post about the artwork I purchased from Anna Oszvald on my blog/website/social media?

Yes, absolutely. It is always a pleasure to see Anna Oszvald featured in magazines or online. Thank you very much for showing interest. Please kindly note that all images must be credited and (if online published) linked to or to @oszvaldann.

Can I use images from the website, or photos taken of Anna Oszvald's artworks?

All artworks and images used on the website, or posted on social media are the sole property and copyright of Anna Oszvald and thus cannot be used for commercial purposes (e.g. personal logo designs). All artworks are copyright and may not be reused without permission.
All artworks are protected by the provisions of the Code of Intellectual Property and belong to Anna Oszvald.
Anna Oszvald owns the reproduction rights of her Intellectual property. Any reproduction thereof is prohibited and constitutes an infringement to its detriment.
Any full or partial reproduction of a work of Anna Oszvald is strictly prohibited and may constitute unlawful reproduction of a work is liable to be prosecuted for counterfeiting by the right holder in the work, cf. L.335-2 and following of the Code of Intellectual Property.
The sale of a work does not transfer to its owner the right to reproduction and presentation of the work.
Any license of a third party will be subject to prior negotiation and agreement with Anna Oszvald.
